The replacement of all my windows in a second floor converted Victorian roof flat was a large project with a number of challenges. The team did an excellent job, taking care to protect my floors and furniture as well as ensuring the work was done to a very high standard.
Max managed the project meticulously and stayed in touch throughout - troubleshooting where needed and providing excellent customer care.

We have just finished a big house project undertaken by The London Sash Window Company. This was by no means inexpensive and so the level of customer care and satisfaction was paramount for us during the process.

Initially, I met the Head of Clients at the Company during the quotation phase for our project - requiring the exchange of most of the single glazed sash windows in our house. I was really impressed by Ann. She was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. Her expertise and warm demeanour made the experience a pleasure. It is clear that she values her clients and takes pride in her work.

We then met Max, our job surveyor, who was impressive. He was ruthlessly efficient and precise in his assessment, leaving no room for error. Max’s commitment to ensuring that every detail was meticulously examined was outstanding. We felt confident in his expertise, and it greatly contributed to the overall success of our project. He was also pleasant to chat with and open to some friendly banter!

I have just finished working with Costin and Ryan our fitters, alongside Danny, from the window company, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were not only very friendly (which is incredibly important when they are in your private space on a daily basis) but also highly professional, and it was evident that they held themselves to high standards. What truly stood out was their genuine care for the outcome of the project. Their dedication and attention to detail ensured that the job was done to a very high standard.
Each morning I would do a walk around with Costin and feedback any items that required their attention. He took my feedback congenially and courteously and improvements were made to those areas as the work continued. The fitters made it a point to leave our home tidy (for the most part) at the end of each workday. This level of consideration and commitment to their craft is indeed commendable. Thank you for making our window installation experience a smooth one!

Very pleased with the works from the London Sash window company. We had 6 windows installed and the quality of the windows and the looks are excellent. Communication was great, lead time much better than with other companies and the workers arrived promptly when scheduled and left everything clean. One thing to keep in mind that the window sills (outside) are not being done within their quotes, I had missed that so we will get that done separately. Would recommend and would use again in the future if any window work has to be done.
Also, they don’t make things unnecessarily complicated. Another company wanted to install scaffolding but it wasn’t needed. You get certified security glass when you have low windows. All very professional. 5 stars.
