Sash Windows Mayfair W1 – Set in Mayfair, just a five-minute walk to Hyde and Green Park underground, this building provides serviced apartments primarily to overseas business visitors. Like many buildings, the windows had suffered from age and many common problems had occurred.

Although the windows did not require full replacement they did require some significant maintenance to bring them up to the good condition guests would expect. In addition to our overhaul and draught-proofing services, extensive rot treatment and glazing repairs were carried out on both sash and casement windows throughout the building.

The work was conducted by our commercial division and carefully scheduled to be completed whilst the apartments were free of visitors.
